Congressman Lance Caught In Hypocrisy

Ouch. Congressman Leonard Lance stepped in it here. I actually don't dislike Congressman Lance as much as I dislike most others in his GOP caucus, but this looks like it's unacceptable. Everybody hates hypocrisy. This is most definitely that.
