Rahm Kicked Off The Chicago Ballot

An appeals court has knocked Rahm Emanuel off of the ballot, by a 2-1 margin. Simply put, this is bs. After the Cook County Elections Board and a trial judge ruled that Emanuel was a valid candidate, now some group of three yahoos decided no. Now this case will head to the Supreme Court of Illinois, where they will decide. It appears as though Emanuel's opponents now want to penalize him for taking the Chief Of Staff job for 23 months. They should be ashamed.
